Al-Hijjr 6 of 6
The people of Al-Hijr denied Our apostles; 80 We sent them Our Signs, but they persisted in turning away from them. 81 And they used to carve dwellings in the hills, without fear. 82 So the scream overcame them at morning. 83 that they earned did not avail them. 84 We have created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, for a genuine purpose. The Day of Judgment will certainly approach, so (Muhammad) forgive them graciously. 85 Indeed your Lord only is the Great Creator, the All Knowing. 86 We have indeed bestowed on you the seven oft-repeated verses and the Great Qur'an. 87 Strain not thine eyes toward that which We cause some wedded pairs among them to enjoin, and be not grieved on their account, and lower thy wing (in tenderness) for the believers. 88 And proclaim, “Indeed I, yes I, am the clear Herald of Warning.” 89 (Of just such wrath) as We sent down on those who divided (Scripture into arbitrary parts),- 90 who have broken the Koran into parts, 91 By your Lord We shall question them one and all 92 Of what they used to do. 93 So proclaim that which thou art commanded, and withdraw from the idolaters. 94 We suffice you against those who mock, 95 Those who ascribe another God along with Allah; so they will soon come to know. 96 We do indeed know how thy heart is distressed at what they say. 97 So exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord and be of those who prostrate [to Him]. 98 And serve your Lord until there comes to you that which is certain. 99
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
