Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

I swear by that which ye see. 38 and by what you do not see, 39 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little is it that you mind. 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 and not one of you could have defended him. 47 But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing. 48 We certainly know that some of you have rejected it 49 It is surely the nemesis of unbelievers. 50 This is the Truth beyond any doubt. 51 Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 52

True are the words of God the Almighty.
