The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the snorting runners (the horses), 1 Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 Penetrating forthwith as one into the midst (of the foe); 5 Most surely man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And lo! he is a witness unto that; 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ But does he not know that [on the Last Day,] when all that is in the graves is raised and brought out, 9 And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest- 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11
Almighty God's Truth.
