Seest thou not that We have set the Evil Ones on against the unbelievers, to incite them with fury? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 On the day when We shall gather the righteous unto the Beneficent, a goodly company. 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 They shall not own intercession, excepting those who have taken of the Compassionate a covenant. 87 As it is, some assert, "The Most Gracious has taken unto Himself a son 88 Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous! 89 The heavens are wellnigh rent of it and the earth split asunder, and the mountains wellnigh fall down crashing for 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 It is not for the Merciful to take a son! 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 Assuredly He hath comprehended them and counted them a full counting. 94 And every one of them will come to Him on the day of resurrection alone. 95 Lo! those who believe and do good works, the Beneficent will appoint for them love. 96 We have made it easy in your own tongue in order that you proclaim the glad tidings to the cautious and give warning to a stubborn nation. 97 And how many a generation We destroyed before them! Dost thou perceive so much as one of them, or hear of them a whisper? 98

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
