And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 And saved them and their people from the great distress, 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 Recall what time We delivered him and his household, all. 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
