WHAT, THEN, is amiss with such as are bent on denying the truth, that they run about confusedly to and fro before thee, 36 (Sitting) in groups on the right and on the left (of you, O Muhammad SAW)? 37 Does every person among them aspire to enter a garden of pleasure? 38 Nay, verily. Lo! We created them from what they know. 39 I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests, that, verily We are Able. 40 To bring instead (others) better than them, and We shall not be overcome. 41 Hence, leave them to indulge in idle talk and play [with words] until they face that [Judgment] Day of theirs which they have been promised 42 the Day when they shall rush from their graves, as if they were hurrying to a raised flag, 43 with downcast eyes, with ignominy overwhelming them: that Day which they were promised again and again 44
