"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 And We will root out whatever of rancor is in their breasts-- (they shall be) as brethren, on raised couches, face to face. 47 They shall face no fatigue in it, nor shall they ever be driven out of it. 48 ۞ Tell My servants I am the All-forgiving, the All-compassionate, 49 and that My punishment is a painful one. 50 Tell them of Abraham's guests. 51 When they entered upon him, they said, Peace. He said: Surely we are afraid of you. 52 They said: "Do not feel afraid, for we give you the good news of a wise boy." 53 He said: Bring ye me good tidings (of a son) when old age hath overtaken me? Of what then can ye bring good tidings? 54 They (the angels) said: "We give you glad tidings in truth. So be not of the despairing ones." 55 He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray?" 56 He said: what is your errand, sent ones? 57 They said: "We have been sent to a people (deep) in sin, 58 Only the family of Lot will all be saved, 59 excepting only his wife, [of whom God says,] 'We have ordained [that,] behold, she should be among those who stay behind!' 60
