And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron. 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 So also was Elias among those sent (by Us). 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 Except the chosen slaves of Allah. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind: 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 and by night. Will you not, then, use your reason? 138
