۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew; 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 (Inscribed) in the well-kept Book. 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 and make it your daily bread [as it were] to call the truth a lie? 82 Why is it not then that when it (soul) comes up to the throat, 83 right before your very eyes? 84 And We are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 do you not cause the soul to return to him if you are truthful in your claim? 87 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah, 88 Then happiness and bounty and a garden of bliss. 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 Then (the greeting) "Peace be unto thee" from those on the right hand. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 He will burn in Hell. 94 Verily this! this is the very truth. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
