Indeed We have sent down the Qur’an upon you, in stages. 23 Therefore wait patiently for the command of your Lord, and obey not from among them a sinner or an ungrateful one. 24 And remember thou the name of thy Lord in the morning and in the evening. 25 and during some of the night, and prostrate thyself before Him, and extol His limitless glory throughout the long night. 26 As to these, they love the fleeting life, and put away behind them a Day (that will be) hard. 27 It is We Who creared them and made them firm of make. And whenever We list, We can replace them with others like unto them. 28 Surely this is a reminder, so whoever pleases takes to his Lord a way. 29 (The virtuous mentioned in this chapter) want only what God wants. God is All-knowing and All-wise. 30 He admits unto His grace everyone who wills [to be admitted]; but as for the evildoers - for them has He readied grievous suffering [in the life to come]. 31
