The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

When the earth is shaken with its mighty shaking, 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 On that Day will all men come forward, cut off from one another, to be shown their [past] deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 and he who shall have done an atom's weight of evil, shall behold it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
