Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

The Striking! 1 What is the striking (Hour)? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 and the mountains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
