And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 And showed them the right path. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 Lot, too, was among the Messengers. 133 We rescued him and his whole family, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by (their ruined town) in the morning 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
