۞ Muster those who did evil, their wives, and that they were serving, 22 Besides Allah, then lead them to the way to hell. 23 "But stop them, verily they are to be questioned. 24 "How is it that [now] you cannot succour one another?" 25 Nay, but on that Day they would willingly surrender [to God]; 26 And some of them shall advance towards others, questioning each other. 27 (The followers will say to their leaders): “You used to come to us from the right hand.” 28 [To which] the others will reply: "Nay, you yourselves were bereft of all faith! 29 We had no power over you, but ye were wayward folk. 30 But now our Lord's word has come true against us: truly, we are bound to taste [the punishment]. 31 “We therefore led you astray, for we ourselves were astray!” 32 So this day they all are partners in the punishment. 33 Surely thus do We deal with the guilty. 34 Whenever it was said to them: “There is no true deity apart from Allah,” they waxed proud 35 And (they) said: "Are we going to abandon our aliha (gods) for the sake of a mad poet? 36 'No indeed; but he brought the truth, and confirmed the Envoys. 37 Indeed, you [disbelievers] will be tasters of the painful punishment, 38 and not be recompensed, except according to what you were doing.' 39 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 40 will have their determined sustenance 41 Fruits of every kind, and they will be honoured 42 In Gardens of Felicity, 43 On couches, facing one another. 44 They will be served with a cup full of crystal clear wine, 45 White, delicious for the drinkers. 46 Neither they will have Ghoul (any kind of hurt, abdominal pain, headache, a sin, etc.) from that, nor will they suffer intoxication therefrom. 47 and with them wide-eyed maidens restraining their glances 48 as if they were hidden pearls. 49 They will turn to each other and ask questions. 50 one of them will say, "I had a friend, 51 “Who used to tell me, ‘Do you believe it is true?’ – 52 What! when we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then be certainly brought to judgment? 53 [And] he adds: "Would you like to look [and see him]?" 54 And he will look and see him in the midst of the Hellfire. 55 He shall say: By Allah! you had almost caused me to perish; 56 If it had not been for the blessing of my Lord, I would also have been taken to Hell." 57 Then he will say [to his blessed companions], "Are we not going to die, 58 "Except our first death, and we shall not be punished? (after we have entered Paradise)." 59 This is certainly the greatest triumph 60 For this the toilers should strive." 61 Is this better as an entertainment or the tree of Zaqqum? 62 Verily We! We have made it a temptation for the wrong-doers. 63 For it is a tree that springs out of the bottom of Hell-Fire: 64 Its emerging fruit as if it was heads of the devils. 65 So indeed they will eat from it, and fill their bellies with it. 66 Then on the top of that they will be given boiling water to drink so that it becomes a mixture (of boiling water and Zaqqum in their bellies). 67 And once again: Verily, the blazing fire is their ultimate goal 68 They had indeed found their forefathers astray. 69 and rushed to follow them. 70 Most of the ancient people had also gone astray. 71 And certainly We sent among them warners. 72 and behold, how was the end of them that were warned, 73 Except the sincere (and devoted) Servants of Allah. 74
