What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 and covered its night with darkness and brought forth from it its day; 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 Therefore, when there comes the great, overwhelming (Event),- 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 then he who transgressed 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 Then surely the hell, that is the abode. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Will surely have Paradise for abode. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 [But] how couldst thou tell anything about it, 43 With thy Lord is the Limit fixed therefore. 44 Your duty is only to warn him who fears it. 45 The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn! 46
