And indeed We settled the Children of Israel in an honourable dwelling place (Sham and Misr), and provided them with good things, and they differed not until the knowledge came to them. Verily, Allah will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection in that in which they used to differ. 93 And if thou (Muhammad) art in doubt concerning that which We reveal unto thee, then question those who read the Scripture (that was) before thee. Verily the Truth from thy Lord hath come unto thee. So be not thou of the waverers. 94 And never be of those who denied the signs of Allah, for you will then be of the losers. 95 Verily those against whom the word of your Lord is pronounced will never believe, 96 Even if every sign should come to them, - until they see the painful torment. 97 If only there had been a community (of all those that were destroyed of old) that believed and profited by its belief as did the folk of Jonah! When they believed We drew off from them the torment of disgrace in the life of the world and gave them comfort for a while. 98 Had your Lord pleased, all the people on earth would have believed in Him, without exception. So will you compel people to become believers? 99 And no soul can accept faith except by the command of Allah; and He sets the punishment upon those who do not have sense. 100 (Muhammad), tell them to consider that which is in the heavens and the earth. Evidence and warnings are of no avail to the disbelieving people. 101 Do they then expect (any thing) but (what happened in) the days of the men who passed away before them? Say: "Wait ye then: for I, too, will wait with you." 102 Then We shall deliver Our Messengers and the believers. Even so, as is Our bounden duty, We shall deliver the believers. 103
