۞ Say: 'I give you only one admonition, that you stand before Allah either two by two, or one by one and reflect. There is no madness in your companion. He (Prophet Muhammad) is only a warner to you, before a terrible punishment' 46 Say: "No reward have I ever asked of you [out of anything] that is yours: my reward rests with none but God, and He is witness unto everything!" 47 Say: "My Lord casts the truth: He is the knower of things unknown." 48 Say. 'Truth has come; falsehood originates not, nor brings again.' 49 Say, "If I should err, I would only err against myself. But if I am guided, it is by what my Lord reveals to me. Indeed, He is Hearing and near." 50 If you could only see when those who denied the truth are terrified, and there is no way out, and they are seized from a place nearby; 51 And then they will say: we believe therein. But whence can there be the attainment of faith from a place so afar. 52 For they had disbelieved in it before; and they hurl allegations without seeing, from far away. 53 And a barrier will be set between them and that which they desire [i.e. At-Taubah (turning to Allah in repentance) and the accepting of Faith etc.], as was done in the past with the people of their kind. Verily, they have been in grave doubt. 54
