Surely We shall help Our Messengers and the believers in the life of this world and on the Day when witnesses will rise to testify, 51 upon the day when their excuses shall not profit the evildoers, and theirs shall be the curse, and theirs the evil abode. 52 Verily We showed Moses the way, and bequeathed the Book to the children of Israel, 53 A guide and a reminder for men of understanding. 54 Patiently, then, persevere: for the Promise of Allah is true: and ask forgiveness for thy fault, and celebrate the Praises of thy Lord in the evening and in the morning. 55 Verily those who dispute regarding the Signs of Allah without any evidence that might have come to them, nothing but vain pride fills their hearts. Yet they shall never be able to satisfy the pride with which they are puffed up. So seek refuge with Allah. Verily He is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. 56 Certainly, the creation of the heavens and the earth is greater than the creation of mankind; but most people do not know this. 57 Just as the blind and the seeing are not equal, so are the righteously striving believers and the sinners are not equal. How little to this you pay attention. 58 The Hour of Doom will inevitably come, but most people do not have faith. 59 And your Lord said: "Invoke Me, [i.e. believe in My Oneness (Islamic Monotheism)] (and ask Me for anything) I will respond to your (invocation). Verily! Those who scorn My worship [i.e. do not invoke Me, and do not believe in My Oneness, (Islamic Monotheism)] they will surely enter Hell in humiliation!" 60
