Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by all that you can see, 38 and all that you do not see, 39 that this is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 Nor is this the speech of a soothsayer. Little do you reflect! 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We would surely have seized him by the right hand, 45 And then severed his life-vein. 46 And not one of you would have withheld us from punishing him. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 but We know that some of you will cry lies. 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 And indeed, it is the truth of certainty. 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52
God the Almighty always says the truth.
