"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 (And it is said unto them): Enter them in peace, secure. 46 "And We shall remove from their breasts any sense of injury (that they may have), (So they will be like) brothers facing each other on thrones. 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 And that My doom is the dolorous doom. 50 And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim: 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 [The angels] said, "Fear not. Indeed, we give you good tidings of a learned boy." 53 He said: Bring ye me good tidings (of a son) when old age hath overtaken me? Of what then can ye bring good tidings? 54 They said, "We have given you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing." 55 He said: and who despondeth of the mercy of his Lord except the astray 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 They said, “We have been sent towards a guilty nation.” 58 excepting the folk of Lot; them we shall deliver 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
