And a sign for them is the dead earth; We gave it life and We produced from it grain, so they eat from it. 33 And We make therein gardens of palms and grapevines and We make springs to flow forth in it, 34 that they might eat of its fruits. It was not their hands that made them. Will they not, then, give thanks? 35 Purity is to Him Who created all pairs, from what the earth grows, and of themselves, and from the things they do not know. 36 A sign for them is the night. From it We withdraw the day and they are in darkness. 37 And the sun runs his course for a period determined for him: that is the decree of (Him), the Exalted in Might, the All-Knowing. 38 And We have appointed positions for the moon till it returns like an old branch of the date palm. 39 how the sun is not supposed to catch-up with the moon, nor is the night to precede the day. All of them are to float in a certain orbit; 40 That We bore their progeny in the laden ark is a sign for them; 41 And We have created for them of the like thereunto, so on them they ride. 42 and if We will, We drown them, then none have they to cry to, neither are they delivered, 43 It is only Our Mercy (that rescues them) and enables enjoyment of life for a while. 44 When it is said to them: 'Have fear of that which is before you and behind you in order that you find mercy' 45 Indeed, not one of your Lord's signs comes to them without their turning away from it, 46 And when they are told, "Spend ye of (the bounties) with which Allah has provided you," the Unbelievers say to those who believe: "Shall we then feed those whom, if Allah had so willed, He would have fed, (Himself)? Ye are in nothing but manifest error." 47 And they say, “When will this promise be fulfilled, if you are truthful?” 48 They do not await except one blast which will seize them while they are disputing. 49 Then they would not be able to make a will, or go back to their people. 50
