Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 And that which ye see not. 39 This Qur’an is the speech of Allah with a gracious Noble Messenger. 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 And then severed his life-vein. 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 And most surely it is a reminder for those who guard (against evil). 48 And indeed We know that some among you are deniers. 49 and (on the Day of Judgment) this will be a great source of regret for the unbelievers. 50 yet it is a certain truth. 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.
