▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ I swear by the setting of the stars 75 And verily that is a mighty oath, if ye but knew! 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 Kept in a secure Book. 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat, 83 And ye are at that moment looking 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, – 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 If he is among the near 88 there shall be calmness and ease, a Garden of Delight. 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 Then upon you is the greetings of peace (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), from those on the right. 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 The welcome will be boiling water 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
