Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But no; I swear by what you see, 38 And what ye see not, 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 And it is not the speech of a poet. Little it is that ye believe 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 Had Muhammad invented some words against Us. 44 We would have seized him by the right hand, 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 None of you would be able to prevent Us from doing this to him. 47 And surely it is an admonition to the God-fearing. 48 And indeed We know that some among you are deniers. 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 (Muhammad), glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
