By no means! By the moon, 32 by the retreating night, 33 and the morn when it dawns! 34 Verily, it (Hell, or their denial of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, or the Day of Resurrection) is but one of the greatest calamities. 35 A warning for people -- 36 whether one steps forward to embrace the faith or one turns away from it. 37 Every soul will be in captivity for its deeds 38 except the people of the right hand 39 [dwelling] In gardens [of paradise,] they will inquire 40 and will ask of the criminals, 41 "What has brought you into hell-fire?" 42 They will reply: 'We were not among those who prayed 43 we fed not the needy, 44 "And we used to talk falsehood (all that which Allah hated) with vain talkers. 45 And rejected the Day of Judgement as a lie 46 “Till death overcame us.” 47 The intercession of their intercessors shall not benefit them. 48 What aileth them, therefore, that they are from the admonition turning away? 49 As if they were startled donkeys – 50 That had fled from a lion? 51 Indeed, everyone of them desires to have sheets of revelations unfolded before them -- 52 This will certainly never be the case! In fact, they are not afraid of the Day of Judgment. 53 but this is truly a reminder. 54 So whosoever willeth may heed it. 55 No one will seek guidance unless God wills it. He alone is worthy of being feared and He is the Source of Forgiveness. 56
