The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its appointed tremor. 1 and [when] the earth yields up her burdens, 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that Day it will relate all her news, 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 On that Day people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds: 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
