AND, INDEED, We have set up in the heavens great constellations, and endowed them with beauty for all to behold; 16 We have protected them from every condemned devil, 17 save him who may eavesdrop, and then a bright flame pursues him. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 We have provided therein a means of livelihood for you and for all those creatures for whom you do not provide. 20 And there is not of aught but with Us are the treasures thereof, and We send it not down save in a measure known 21 And We send the winds fertilising, and cause water to descend from the sky, and give it you to drink. It is not ye who are the holders of the store thereof. 22 It is We who give life, and make to die, and it is We who are the inheritors. 23 We know those of you who press forward, and We know the laggards, 24 And surely your Lord will gather them together; surely He is Wise, Knowing. 25
