To whoever We give a long life We make him stoop. Do they not understand? 68 We have not instructed the (Prophet) in Poetry, nor is it meet for him: this is no less than a Message and a Qur'an making things clear: 69 that he may warn the living, and so that Judgement may be passed against the unbelievers. 70 Do they not see that We have created for them of what Our Hands have created, the cattle, so that they are their owners. 71 We have subdued these to them, and some of them they ride and some of them they eat; 72 And they have therefrom other benefits and drinks. Will they not then give thanks? 73 They chose idols besides God in the hope of receiving help from them, but they will not be able to help them. 74 (But) they shall not be able to assist them, and they shall be a host brought up before them. 75 Let not their speech, then, grieve thee. Verily We know what they hide as well as what they disclose. 76 Has the human being not considered that We have created him from a drop of fluid. He is openly quarrelsome. 77 And he propoundeth for us a similitude, and forgetteth his creation; he saith: who shall quicken the bones when they are decayed? 78 Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “They will be revived by the One Who created them the first time; and He is the All Knowing of every creation.” 79 He, Who produces for you fire out of the green tree, when behold! You kindle therewith. 80 Is He who created the heavens and the earth unable to create their like? Yes, indeed, He is the Creator, the Knower. 81 But His command, when He intendeth a thing, is only that He saith unto it: Be! and it is. 82 So glory be to Him, in whose hand is the dominion of everything, and unto whom you shall be returned. 83
