The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1

All praise is to Allah, the Lord Of The Creation. 2 the All-merciful, the All-compassionate, 3 the Master of the Day of Doom. 4 Thee do we worship, and Thine aid we seek. 5 Guide us in the straight path, 6 The way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
