The Key (Al-Faatehah)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, 2 the All-merciful, the All-compassionate, 3 Sovereign of the Day of Requital. 4 You alone we worship and from You alone we seek help (and may we always). 5 Show us the straight path, 6 The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
