Al-A 'araaf 8 of 24

We sent Noah to his people. He said: "O my people! worship Allah! ye have no other god but Him. I fear for you the punishment of a dreadful day! 59 The leaders of his people said: "Ah! we see thee evidently wandering (in mind)." 60 [Nuh (Noah)] said: "O my people! There is no error in me, but I am a Messenger from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists)! 61 sent to preach to you the message of my Lord and to give you good advice. I know what you do not know about God. 62 Do you wonder that a warning has come to you from your Lord through a man who is one of you, and warns you to take heed for yourselves and fear God? You might be treated with mercy." 63 They accused him of telling lies. So We saved him and his companions in an ark and drowned those who called Our revelations mere lies. They were, no doubt, a blind people. 64
