We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 We left him thus to be succeeded by a group [of followers] among the following generations -- 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 [and so,] when [We decreed the doom of his sinful town,] We saved him and his household, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
