To those who inherit the earth in succession to its (previous) possessors, is it not a guiding, (lesson) that, if We so willed, We could punish them (too) for their sins, and seal up their hearts so that they could not hear? 100 These towns-- We relate to you some of their stories, and certainly their apostles came to them with clear arguments, but they would not believe in what they rejected at first; thus does Allah set a seal over the hearts of the unbelievers 101 And most of them We found not (true) to their covenant, but most of them We found indeed Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah). 102 After those We sent forth Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his assembly, but with it they harmed. Look at the end of the corrupters. 103 Moses told the Pharaoh, "I am a Messengers from the Lord of the Universe. 104 I must only speak what is true about God. I have brought you miracles from your Lord; therefore, let the children of Israel go free". 105 (Pharaoh) said: If thou comest with a token, then produce it, if thou art of those who speak the truth. 106 Then [Musa (Moses)] threw his stick and behold! it was a serpent, manifest! 107 And putting his hand in his bosom, withdrew it – so it shone brightly before the beholders. 108
