There is no state you are in, whether reading from the Qur'an, or doing something else, but We are watching you as you are engaged in it. There is not the weight of an atom on the earth and in the heavens that is hidden from your Lord, nor is there anything smaller or greater than this but is recorded in the perspicuous Book. 61 Those who are close to God shall certainly have no fear, nor shall they grieve. 62 Those who believe and guarded (against evil): 63 For them there is the glad tiding [of happiness] in the life of this world and in the life to come; [and since] nothing could ever alter [the outcome of] God's promises, this, this is the triumph supreme! 64 And let not their speech grieve you; surely might is wholly Allah's; He is the Hearing, the Knowing. 65 Unquestionably, to Allah belongs whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth. And those who invoke other than Allah do not [actually] follow [His] "partners." They follow not except assumption, and they are not but falsifying 66 He it is who hath appointed for you the night that ye may repose therein and the day enlightening. Verily in that are signs for a people who listen. 67 They say: "Allah hath begotten a son!" - Glory be to Him! He is self-sufficient! His are all things in the heavens and on earth! No warrant have ye for this! say ye about Allah what ye know not? 68 Say, “Indeed those who fabricate lies against Allah will never succeed.” 69 (It is only) a provision in this world, then to Us shall be their return; then We shall make them taste severe punishment because they disbelieved. 70
