In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
A. L. M. 1 This Book whereof there is no doubt, is a guidance unto the God-fearing. 2 who believe in the unseen, and are steadfast in prayer, and spend out of what We have provided them with; 3 And who believe in what has been revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you, and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith]. 4 These are on a right course from their Lord and these it is that shall be successful. 5 As for those who deny, it is all the same if you warn them or not, they will not believe. 6 Allah hath sealed their hearing and their hearts, and on their eyes there is a covering. Theirs will be an awful doom. 7
