And do not think Allah to be heedless of what the unjust do; He only respites them to a day on which the eyes shall be fixedly open, 42 when they shall run with their necks outstretched and heads erect, their glances never return to themselves, their hearts are empty. 43 And warn (O Muhammad SAW) mankind of the Day when the torment will come unto them; then the wrong-doers will say: "Our Lord! Respite us for a little while, we will answer Your Call and follow the Messengers!" (It will be said): "Had you not sworn aforetime that you would not leave (the world for the Hereafter). 44 And yet, you dwelt in the dwelling-places of those who had sinned against their own selves [before your time,] and it was made obvious to you how We had dealt with them: for We have set forth unto you many a parable [of sin, resurrection and divine retribution]." 45 Still they are plotting their plots, but evident are their plots to God, even though they are so adroit as to make the mountains move. 46 You must not even think that God will disregard His promise to His messengers. God is Majestic and Revengeful. 47 [His promise will be fulfilled] on the Day when the earth shall be changed into another earth, as shall be the heavens and when [all men] shall appear before God, the One who holds absolute sway over all that exists. 48 On that Day you shall see the guilty bound in chains, 49 with garments of pitch and faces covered by fire. 50 That Allah may requite each soul according to that which he hath earned: verily Allah is swift in reckoning. 51 This is the message to be conveyed to all mankind – and in order to warn them with it, and for them to know that He is the only One God, and for men of understanding to heed advice. 52
God the Almighty always says the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
