Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

We have indeed set constellations in the heavens and have beautified them for the beholders, 16 And (moreover) We have guarded them from every cursed devil: 17 but if anyone eavesdrops, he is pursued by a bright flaming fire. 18 And the earth have We spread out, and placed therein firm hills, and caused each seemly thing to grow therein. 19 We have provided on it sustenance for you, and for those you cannot provide. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the stores thereof. And we send it not down save in appointed measure. 21 And We let loose the winds to fertilize [plants] and We send down water from the skies and let you drink thereof: and it is not you who dispose of its source 22 It is We who give life and We who give death, and We are the One who will abide. 23 We surely know those of you who go forward and those of you who lag behind. 24 And surely your Lord will gather them together; surely He is Wise, Knowing. 25
