We have indeed set constellations in the heavens and have beautified them for the beholders, 16 and guarded them from every stoned satan. 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and them doth a clear flame pursue. 18 And the earth have We spread out, and placed therein firm hills, and caused each seemly thing to grow therein. 19 to provide you and those for whose sustenance you are not responsible, with the necessities of life. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the treasures of it, and We do not send it down but in a known measure. 21 And We sent the winds that relieve the clouds’ burden, therefore caused water to descend from the sky, then give it to you to drink; and you are not at all its treasurers. 22 Lo! and it is We, even We, Who quicken and give death, and We are the Inheritor. 23 We surely know those of you who go forward and those of you who lag behind. 24 and it is your Lord who will gather them. He is Wise, Knowing. 25
