Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 They will be told: "Enter it in peace and security." 46 And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other. 47 Toil cometh not unto them there, nor will they be expelled from thence. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I alone am the Forgiving, the Merciful One, 49 And that it is My punishment which is the painful punishment. 50 And tell them about Abraham's guests. 51 When they came to Abraham they said: "Peace be upon you!" He replied: "Indeed we feel afraid of you." 52 They said, “Do not fear – we convey to you the glad tidings of a knowledgeable boy.” 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 They said: We bring thee good tidings in truth. So be not thou of the despairing. 55 He said, “Who is it that despairs from the mercy of his Lord, except those who are astray?” 56 He said: What is your business then, O apostles? 57 They said, 'We have been sent unto a people of sinners, 58 Except the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all 59 Except his wife, of whom We had decreed that she should be of those who stay behind. 60
