The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 striking sparks of fire with their hooves, 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 And therein raising dust. 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 And to that (fact) he bears witness (by his deeds); 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
