Indeed, the righteous will be within gardens and springs. 45 [having been received with the greeting,] "Enter here in peace, secure!" 46 We shall cleanse their hearts of all traces of ill-will; they will be like brethren seated on couches facing one another. 47 Toil cometh not unto them there, nor will they be expelled from thence. 48 ۞ Announce, (O Muhammad) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 And verily My torment! that is the torment afflictive 50 And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim: 51 When they entered upon him, they said, Peace. He said: Surely we are afraid of you. 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 They answered: "We have given thee the glad tiding of something that is bound to come true. So be not of those who abandon hope!" 55 "Who would despair of the mercy of his Lord," he answered, "but those who go astray." 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 They replied: 'We are sent to sinful nation. 58 Except the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all 59 “Except his wife – we have decided that she is of those who will stay behind.” 60
