[Mention, O Muhammad], the Day We will call forth every people with their record [of deeds]. Then whoever is given his record in his right hand - those will read their records, and injustice will not be done to them, [even] as much as a thread [inside the date seed]. 71 But those who were blind in this world, will be blind in the hereafter, and most astray from the Path. 72 And they indeed strove hard to beguile thee (Muhammad) away from that wherewith We have inspired thee, that thou shouldst invent other than it against Us; and then would they have accepted thee as a friend. 73 And had it not been that We had already established you, you would certainly have been near to incline to them a little; 74 In that case We should have made thee taste an equal portion (of punishment) in this life, and an equal portion in death: and moreover thou wouldst have found none to help thee against Us! 75 And indeed it was close that they frighten you in the land for them to oust you from it – and if it were, they would not have stayed after you, but a little. 76 This has been Our way with the apostles whom We sent before you. You will not find any variation in Our line of action. 77
