Behold, Moses said to his attendant, "I will not give up until I reach the junction of the two seas or (until) I spend years and years in travel." 60 When they reached the confluence they forgot the fish (they had brought as food) which swiftly made its way into the sea. 61 So when they had gone beyond that place, Moosa said to his assistant, “Bring our breakfast – we have indeed faced great exertion in this journey of ours.” 62 The servant said: "Did you see what happened? When we betook ourselves to the rock to take rest, I forgot the fish - and it is only Satan who caused me to forget to mention it to you - so that it made its way into the sea in a strange manner." 63 Moses said, "That is just what we were looking for." So they went back the way they had come, 64 So they found one of Our servants, on whom We had bestowed Mercy from Ourselves and whom We had taught knowledge from Our own Presence. 65 Moses said to him: "May I attend upon you that you may instruct me in the knowledge you have been taught of the right way?" 66 (The other) said: "Verily thou wilt not be able to have patience with me!" 67 And how can you have patience in that of which you have not got a comprehensive knowledge? 68 He said: If Allah pleases, you will find me patient and I shall not disobey you in any matter. 69 He (Khidr) said: "Then, if you follow me, ask me not about anything till I myself mention it to you." 70
