The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 And strike sparks of fire, 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 And to that fact he bears witness (by his deeds); 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad 9 and that which is in the breasts is brought out -- 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
