And (remember) when Musa (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "I will not give up (travelling) until I reach the junction of the two seas or (until) I spend years and years in travelling." 60 When they reached the confluence they forgot the fish (they had brought as food) which swiftly made its way into the sea. 61 Moses asked his young companion when they crossed this point, "Bring us our food; the journey has made us tired." 62 He said: Did you see when we took refuge on the rock then I forgot the fish, and nothing made me forget to speak of it but the Shaitan, and it took its way into the river; what a wonder! 63 Said he, 'This is what we were seeking!' And so they returned upon their tracks, retracing them. 64 Then they found one from among Our servants whom We had granted mercy from Us and whom We had taught knowledge from Ourselves. 65 Moses said to him: "May I attend upon you that you may instruct me in the knowledge you have been taught of the right way?" 66 He replied, "You will not be able to have patience with me. 67 "How can you remain patient with that which you do not fully understand?" 68 He said, 'Yet thou shalt find me, if God will, patient; and I shall not rebel against thee in anything.' 69 He said to Moses, "If you will follow me, do not ask me about anything until I tell you the story about it." 70
