The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 Who created and proportioned 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 who brings forth green pasture, 4 Then made it dry and dark. 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 And We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path). 8 REMIND, THEN, [others of the truth, regardless of] whether this reminding [would seem to] be of use [or not]: 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 But those will prosper who purify themselves, 14 who remembers the name of his Lord and prays, shall indeed be successful. 15 But rather you prefer the life of this world! 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
