And man (the disbeliever) says: "When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" 66 Does not man remember that We created him before this, and he was non existent? 67 So, by thy Lord, without doubt, We shall gather them together, and (also) the Evil Ones (with them); then shall We bring them forth on their knees round about Hell; 68 Then We shall carry off from every group those who were most stubborn in their opposition to the Gracious One, 69 And surely We are Best Aware of those most worthy to be burned therein. 70 Not one of you but will pass over it: this is, with thy Lord, a Decree which must be accomplished. 71 Then, We will save those who were cautious of Us, but the harmdoers shall be left there hobbling on their knees. 72 When Our revelations are recited to them, the unbelievers say to the faithful ones, "Which of us is more prosperous?" 73 And how many of the generations have We destroyed before them who were better in respect of goods and outward appearance! 74 Say: "Ar-Rahman extends the life of those who are astray until they come to realise what had been promised them was either (physical) affliction or (the terror) of Resurrection. Then will they know who is worse in position, and who is weak in supporters. 75 Allah increaseth in right guidance those who walk aright, and the good deeds which endure are better in thy Lord's sight for reward, and better for resort. 76 And hast thou ever considered [the kind of man] who is bent on denying the truth of Our messages and says, "I will surely be given wealth and children"? 77 Has he obtained knowledge of the Unseen, or has he taken a covenant with the Most Compassionate Lord? 78 Never so. We shall certainly write down what he says, and prolong the extent of his punishment. 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he will come unto Us, alone (without his wealth and children). 80 And they have chosen Gods besides Allah, so that they may provide them strength! 81 No, indeed! They shall deny their service, and they shall be against them pitted. 82
