And man (the disbeliever) says: "When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" 66 Will the human not remember that We created him before when he was not a thing? 67 So by your Lord! We will most certainly gather them together and the Shaitans, then shall We certainly cause them to be present round hell on their knees. 68 Then We will surely extract from every sect those of them who were worst against the Most Merciful in insolence. 69 We know best who deserve to be burnt in (the Fire). 70 And not one of you but shall pass over it: it is for thy Lord an ordinance decreed. 71 Then We will save those who feared Allah and leave the wrongdoers within it, on their knees. 72 AS IT IS, whenever Our messages are conveyed to them in all their clarity, those who are bent on denying the truth are wont to say unto those who have attained to faith: "Which of the two kinds of man is in a stronger position and superior as a community?" 73 And many a generation We did destroy before them, who exceeded them in wealth and pomp! 74 Say: "The Most Compassionate Lord grants respite to those who stray into error, until they behold what they had been threatened with, either God's chastisement (in the world) or the Hour (of Resurrection)" - then they fully know whose station is worse, and who is weaker in hosts! 75 God increases His guidance to those who follow guidance; and lasting good works are better in the sight of your Lord and are most rewarding. 76 Have you, then, seen him who disbelieves in Our communications and says: I shall certainly be given wealth and children? 77 Has he gained knowledge of the unseen, or made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah? 78 Never so. We shall certainly write down what he says, and prolong the extent of his punishment. 79 And We will inherit him [in] what he mentions, and he will come to Us alone. 80 They have taken other gods apart from God that they might be a strength to them. 81 Never; soon they will deny ever worshipping them, and will turn into their opponents. 82
