Seest thou not that We have set the Evil Ones on against the unbelievers, to incite them with fury? 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 On the day when We shall assemble the righteous towards the Most Gracious, as guests. 85 And drive the wicked into Hell like cattle driven to water, 86 None will have [power of] intercession except he who had taken from the Most Merciful a covenant. 87 And they say: 'The Merciful has taken a son' 88 Surely, you have brought a monstrous thing! 89 whereat the heavens might well-nigh be rent into fragments, and the earth be split asunder, and the mountains fall down in ruins! 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant. 93 Verily, He knows each one of them, and has counted them a full counting. 94 And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone. 95 On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow love. 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 How many generations have We laid low before them. Do you see any sign of them, or hear the least whisper of them? 98
