Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 On the Day whereon We shall gather the God-feaing unto the Compassionate as an embassy. 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 They will have no power of intercession, save him who hath made a covenant with his Lord. 87 They claim: "The Most Compassionate Lord has taken a son to Himself." 88 Surely, you have brought a monstrous thing! 89 It is such a monstrosity that heavens might well-nigh burst forth at it, the earth might be cleaved, and the mountains fall 90 because they have ascribed a son to the Merciful. 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but comes unto the Most Beneficent (Allah) as a slave. 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 Every one of them will come before Him all alone on the Day of Resurrection. 95 Surely Ar-Rahman will show love for those who believe and do the right. 96 And We make (this Scripture) easy in thy tongue, (O Muhammad) only that thou mayst bear good tidings therewith unto those who ward off (evil), and warn therewith the froward folk. 97 And many a generation We did destroy before them; do you see any one of them or hear their faintest sound? 98
